We quite like this Australian Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coonawarra Region. It is a deep red purple colour and has an appealing dark berry fruit nose with hints of plum. It is lightly oaked.
It has a nice flavour with hints of ripe berry and plum. Some suggest a slight minty taste but I don’t taste that in it. It has a soft tannins and a light oak taste.
